Getting started
What do I need?+
A wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect and others) and USDC on Hyperliquid. From 101 USDC you can copy a trader; from $10 you can place your own trade. No sign-up, no email. How to get USDC there.
Do I need to know how to trade?+
No. Copying follows a trader who does the work. You choose the amount and the safety stop; the guides explain the rest in plain words, and practice mode lets you try with play money first.
Which wallets work?+
Any wallet that can sign on Arbitrum: MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, Trust Wallet, OKX, Brave, Coinbase Wallet, and anything with WalletConnect (Ledger Live, Rainbow, Zerion, Safe). Hardware wallets work through their companion app.
Why does it ask me to sign in with my wallet?+
A free message proves the wallet is yours so Orbafin can show your copies and settings. It is valid for 7 days in that browser and cannot move money or trade.
Copying
How are copied trades sized?+
In proportion. If the trader puts 5% of their account into a position, your copy puts 5% of your allocation into it. Hyperliquid's $10 minimum means tiny shares are skipped; Orbafin tells you when that happens.
How fast is a copy?+
Usually within a few seconds of the trader's fill. The delay for every copied trade is shown on the Trade page.
What is the safety stop?+
A percentage fall from the copy's highest value at which its trades are closed and the copy stops. Set it when you start and change it any time. Details in the step-by-step guide.
Can I copy more than one trader?+
Yes. Each copy has its own amount, stop and book of trades. Copies that hold the same coin do not interfere with each other, and never with trades you placed yourself.
How do I stop?+
On the Trade page, open the Copies tab and press Stop. You choose whether to close the copy's trades now or keep them open and manage them yourself. Pause keeps the protections but copies nothing new.
Why did my copy stop by itself?+
Either a protection fired (safety stop, take profit or liquidation guard), the trader became unreachable, or an approval was revoked. The reason is written on the copy; Telegram sends it too.
Trading yourself
Can I place my own trades?+
Yes. The Trade page has a chart, the order book and an order box for market and limit orders with leverage, cross or isolated margin, and a take profit and stop loss. Approve a trading key once; after that orders need no wallet pop-up.
Where is the trading key kept?+
In your browser only. It can place and cancel orders and never withdraw. Clearing the browser's storage forgets it; you can approve a new one, and remove old ones on Hyperliquid (Permissions on the Trade page links straight there).
Do my own trades mix with copies?+
They share one Hyperliquid account, so a coin traded by both you and a running copy shows as one position. The engine never closes or resizes what you did yourself, but it is clearer to trade coins your copies are not in.
Fees
What does Orbafin cost?+
0.025% of each trade, taken by Hyperliquid when the order fills. No subscription, no deposit or withdrawal fee, no cut of profits. Other copy platforms charge 0.05%. Hyperliquid's own fee (0.045% taker at the base tier) applies as on any exchange. All fees with examples.
Why do I approve a fee?+
Hyperliquid's builder fee works as a cap you sign once per wallet. Orders carrying a higher fee are refused by the exchange, so the approval protects you.
Safety
Can Orbafin withdraw my money?+
No. The only permission it has is a trade-only key, which cannot withdraw or transfer, and which you can remove on Hyperliquid at any time. Withdrawals happen in the Hyperliquid app with your own wallet. How it works in detail.
Can I lose money?+
Yes. Leveraged futures can lose some or all of what you use. Protections limit, not remove, the risk. Read the risk disclosure and start small.
What if Orbafin goes offline?+
Your positions stay in your Hyperliquid account and you can manage them there at any time. Nothing of yours depends on Orbafin being up.
Telegram alerts
How do I get alerts?+
On the Trade page, open Telegram alerts and link the bot with the code shown. You then get a message for every copied trade and whenever a copy stops. /status lists your running copies; /stop ends the alerts only, copies keep running.
